Posted June 15, 2010. Did you notice that the Commonwealth logo has replaced Lawyers Title throughout our website? Effective July 1, 2010, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation will merge into Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, a sister company of the Fidelity National Financial Title Group due to a restructuring of this division. There will be no change in service, the financial strength of the companies combined will be stronger than ever, and the only difference that you will see is the commitments and policies will now have the Commonwealth name.
