The factual circumstances determine the correct form listed below to record and certify to SALTI.
[1] Use the Declaration of Intent to Affix, if you possess the Manufactured Certificate of Origin (MCO), or no Certificate of Title has ever been issued, or a Certificate of Title was issued and canceled prior to 1/1/02. Also read N.C.G.S. 47-20.7.
[2] Use the MVR-46g, if a Certificate of Title has been issued, but was not canceled prior to 1/1/02. Also read N.C.G.S. 47-20.6.
