About South Atlantic Land Title, Inc. (SALTI) South Atlantic Land Title, Inc., also called "SALTI", was established on February 10, 2005 as the only independently owned Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation (now Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company) and Stewart Title Guaranty Company agency between Raleigh and Wilmington, located in the eastern North Carolina city of Lumberton.

Mr. Richmond (Dick) H. Page, the President of SALTI, is a licensed North Carolina attorney (Campbell University, B.S. '70 and Wake Forest, J.D. Lawyers Title was our original title insurance underwriting company since our inception in Feburary 2005 until July 2010 when it merged into Commonwealth Title.    was added in March 2009 as our second underwriting company after SALTI saw the need to expand. The selection took time but we believe we have a good fit for us and for our Attorneys.
